To Vomit the Undigestible

Fingers
First ten now twenty
Like rusted barb we secretly intertwined
A romantic brawl of wrestling limbs and naked breath
Like sister twisters we destroyed fields
of cotton sheets
beneath us
Rattling windows and uprooting flesh
not realizing
it was ours not theirs
A storm of pleasure in pain
trapped in four walls
Electricity in a kiss
or perhaps an explosion
in the minefield that lies
where we curve
Tonight
we'll weave memories into our hair for a lifetime
But they may not dance for you
like they once did in my mind...
